United Global Agencies R.O.P, the founding company of the Group was established in 1965 and was renamed United Global Agencies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in 1973.

The late 60's saw our  chairman start to establish trading ties with individual companies and State Trading enterprises within Poland, Czechoslovakia and Hungary.

This added  many new dimensions to the business and trading activities of the company. The company saw a shift in business and trade from hard wheat and textile yarn to agricultural products, chemicals, pharmaceutical raw materials, veterinary drugs, petroleum products, plastic resins, and dairy products.

To support this rapid expansion and effectively maintain efficient service to our customers, Unigobe (Thai) Co., Ltd., and Unicare (International) Co., Ltd., were established to form the U.G.A. Group.
